Blue Spear Products accepts returns under the following conditions:

• All returns must have preauthorization and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Products must not be damaged or tampered with.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
